If a mistake has been made regarding your purchase, such as an item is missing, or damage has occurred while being shipped, please observe the following procedure. Items returned for refund will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We accept returns on uninstalled products for exchange or company credit only. There is no return on products after 30 days from the time of shipment. Every return must obtain a return authorization number (RA) before a return can be processed
The RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.
We ship most orders complete within 48 hours of your order. We ship orders complete. If a product is not in stock at the time of purchase we will hold all purchased products until full order can be completed, we will contact you via email if there is an issue with your order. Please feel free to contact us for information on order status.
Should something arrive damaged, please protest to the delivery person and file an immediate claim with the shipping company. If you need assistance with processing your claim, we are happy to help. Remember to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping company, not Concavo Wheels.
All items are sold in U.S. dollars. Internet, phone and faxed orders are charged at the time of shipment. Credit card orders must be accompanied by Concavo Wheels credit card authorization form. You will need to include card account number (always 13 or 16 digits), card expiration date (month/year), cardholders name and drivers license number. If the credit card bill is received at an address other than the shipping address, you must include both with your order. Please allow 7 business days for business checks to clear. Make checks payable to Concavo Wheels. Return Checks are subject to a $35 service fee.
Concavo Wheels is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice. All insallation work should be inspected before driving. Any mounting and balancing must be done by a professional shop with proper equipment which is suitable to mount Concavo Wheels. Installer must test fit each wheel prior to installing tires. Mounted wheels cannot be returned. Concavo Wheels is in no way responsible for damaged product.
Concavo Wheels. will process any manufacturers warranty on any product we sell. Warranty claims need to be made to customer support at ConcavoWheels.com. All warranty claims will be assessed based on Concavo Wheels guidelines. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of warranty items.
